We have a wide selection of vouchers that you can use your points for. Also, we make sure that everyone can use their points in their country of residence, that’s why all vouchers are location-based.
They will receive the selected amount automatically, in the same way and at the same time your current employees do. However, as a nice welcome gift, most of our customers reserve and send out points as a sign up bonus for their new joiners.
You can choose whichever amount works for you, but the recommendation is to go between 5 and 20 USD.
As a user manager, you always have access to your users list and if there is a need, you can always add new users or remove old ones.
You can give user manager permissions to as many people as you want. They have the same access permissions as you do - they can send out any number of points, add and remove users from the list.
However, when you set up your company account, you get to decide on your company overall budget and reserve funds. Our system does not allow anyone to go over the selected budget.
Currently all employees are receiving points on a monthly basis. However, you can choose to send additional points at any point in time.
No. After you decide on the amount and add employees, they receive the selected number of points automatically. However, you can change the amount and add or remove employees at any point in time.
Also, if you want to reward or celebrate your employees aside from the automated monthly amount, you can send always send them additional points.
No, you decide which amount you want to give to your employees. It can be any amount that you choose, but most of our customers opt to give out 5-10 USD per month.
The system is very flexible, but we advise you to opt for more frequent recognition, even if it means going for lesser amounts.
We cannot give any tax advice, because tax laws vary by country, state, province and company type.
Some of our customers treat gift cards as taxable income. Others do not. Some of our customers treat gift cards as non-taxable as long as the total amount earned is below a certain amount a year. For example, gift cards are not taxable as long as total gift cards earned are less than, say, $1000 per year.
However, your finance department will have to determine whether this is the best course of action for your company.
The company decides on the amount of points that are to be assigned to each employee on a monthly basis. Employees use these points to buy vouchers.
